I’m Tracy Dunne, a longtime Cincinnati-area real estate professional and industry leader. I have over 20 years of experience serving clients and my fellow REALTORS® at all levels, and it would be an honor to put my that experience to work for you as your 2026 Ohio REALTORS® Treasurer.
We’re in a vulnerable time for our industry. Legal, economic, and technological developments have already disrupted the way we do business, and there’s more change on the horizon.
Agents across the Buckeye State will look to Ohio REALTORS® for guidance and leadership to navigate through these uncertain times. I’ve worked hard at a variety of industry leadership positions through times of both calm and crisis, and I am actively engaged in the day-to-day of our industry. I have not backed down from a challenge, and this is one that my leadership journey has well prepared me for.

Starting as an unlicensed assistant in 2003, I’ve grown through the ranks to become the principal broker for Comey & Shepherd. Along the way, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what impacts our business and the challenges we all face.
I’ve also gained extensive leadership experience, having served on numerous committees, task forces, and presidential advisory groups. During my two years in leadership of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC), I helped navigate our organization. through a the most delicate of legal and public matters, including an MLS cyber-attack and a national lawsuit settlement. We have emerged stronger, more determined than ever to elevate our industry in the face of adversity.
I’ve held almost every role, and I’ve faced almost every challenge in my service to our industry. I’ve proven my ability to lead with transparency and unity through the unexpected. My commitment to you it this: I want to give back as much to this industry – and the professionals that represent it – as I have received.
I hope to earn your trust and your support.
Our industry is evolving rapidly. Ohio REALTORS® must evolve with it, giving our members the guidance, resources and advocacy needed to thrive. At the same time, we must remain committed to the core values that have served our organization well since its founding in 1910.

The next Ohio REALTORS® Treasurer will need to prepare our Association for whatever comes at us over the next 5 years. Whether it is challenges to the three-way agreement, training and professional standards, or data that powers our local associations, my commitment is to guide Ohio REALTORS® through uncharted times to an outcome where our state and local associations are more relevant, more beneficial, and more resilient for our members.
The strength of our REALTOR® organization has always been in our unity and vigilance that nothing diminishes the value we add to our industry and the clients we serve. As the responsible broker who helps agents daily – one of those being my son – I am passionate about the opportunities that this organization provides to agents and brokers. During my leadership at RAGC, I implemented new programs to better meet the needs of both. I hope to continue to engage all of our members, and all sizes of local boards and associations, to continue to create more value that we all can be proud of.
